Hooray!

 

We finally got the flower girl dresses and I am completely in love with them. Tomorrow, we get to pick out the boys outfits. Yippee!

Yikes…when does it end.

It has been a crazy weekend. I am looking forward to getting through these last couple of months. There is still so much to do and I am excited to cross it ALL of the list. I begin subbing on Wednesday…so that should provide some flavor in my life.

To date: our wedding planning

This week has been just great! Steven and I continued our premarital counseling and are scheduled to have a cupcake tasting tomorrow, which I am ecstatic about!

So far we have:

-Bought the flower girl dresses

-Bridesmaids have their dresses

-Designed the invitation

-Ordered invitation paper

-Bought our wedding bands

-Deposit down for flowers

-Scheduled cupcake tasting (tomorrow and deposit)

-Continue to look for apartments

Still need:

-A caterer

-Pick out groomsmen's outfits

-Ringbearer outfit

-Flowers

-Fittings

-Assemble invitations

-Order tables and chairs/decide on design

-Engagement pictures

I know there is a lot more, but I really don't want to overwhelm myself.

I can't believe it is already January 2009. 

173 more days until I offically become a Hurley.

I do not feel grown up enough to have completed college and be planning a wedding.

My next endeavor is:

Substitute teaching and creating a wedding invitation.
