Exercise this week

Here is my week in staying fit and healthy
Monday: 3 mile run
Tuesday: 4 mile run
Wednesday 40 minute Yoga
Thursday: 2 mile run
Friday: 4 mile run
Saturday:
Sunday: rest

I love running so much! Can you tell?! How are you staying fit despite the weather this summer? Cause boy is it getting warm here in Cali.
