Blog-working Wednesday #1

Hooray!! I get to co-host this wonderful link up party!

It's the day we've all been waiting for! The first week of "Blogworking Wednesdays!" A couple of weeks ago, Eloping Stethoscope reached 100 followers. A poll was put up asking the readers if they would rather have a gift swap or a blog hop. It was almost unanimous that a blog hop was what everyone preferred!

Alright, so here's the deal. Depending on the popularity of the blog hop, it will be hosted weekly or monthly. This is a blog hop designed to promote meeting new bloggers and making new friends, which is obviously the best part of blogging.

When I first started blogging, my favorite thing was finding new blogs that I just loved and girls that I connected with! So, the idea of "blogworking" which plays on the word "networking" came into play. Whenever my husband asked what I was doing when I was looking for new blogs, I'd tell him I was blog-working. Soon after, the idea of a blog hop popped into mind and you have what you see today.
