Hey everyone...hope you had a great week of working out. Tomorrow I'm pinning some of my favorite workouts...but here is what I did this week.
Monday: 3 mile walk; ab workout, cardio
Tuesday: 4 mile walk, ab, legs workout
Wednesday: 4 mile walk
Thursday: 3 mile run
Friday: 2 mile run
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: I'm hoping to go for a quick run and do some of those quick workouts.
