Whew!! What a week!!
We've been juicing up a storm. Looks like this may be a pricey adventure ;).
My favorite juices so far:
Kale and Apple
Apple, pineapple, kale, spinach
Carrot, orange, celery, apple
It's so refreshing especially after a hard run.
I can't wait because this week we are going to try watermelon and cucumber water.
I can't wait to have it after my run on Sunday.
This week I also made some yummy healthier foods including Oat Protein Pancakes and Ground Chicken Meatloaf.
Here is my week in fitness:
Saturday: Wild Child Workout by Tone it Up
Sunday: 10 miles with Lilly, 4 mile walk with Lilly and Gus
Monday: Cupid Cardio-6miles added 2 more
Tuesday: love your abs/legs/arms/body (2x)
Wednesday: 5 mile walk, yoga
Thursday: 8.4 miles run
Friday: love your abs/legs/arms/body and walk (planned)
What a great week!! I cannot wait for Sunday's Super Bowl!!!!!!!
I was pinning healthy snacks, but I know that wont happen.
I'm hoping to do a 10k, maybe a 12k on Sunday ;)
Go Niners!!
Do you have any healthy/fitness plans for Superbowl?
Love the new layout & blog design!
ReplyDeleteThanks Amy!! I needed to clean it up a bit :)
DeleteI am desperately trying to kick start my own running again at the moment (it has completely slipped over the winter), and feel really motivated by your weekend plans.

Your workouts just blow my mind. You are so motivated!!! I love it. I want to get back there one day. And the Super Bowl is going to TOTALLY mess up my diet. My sis-in-law is having a nacho bar...my most favorite snack in the world! Gah!!!! But Super Bowl only comes once a year, right?! Ha! Thanks for linking up again this week girlfriend!!
