Saturday:
5 mile run with Lil and Gus.
Sunday:
10k run, Tone It Up
Monday:
7 mile total run
Tuesday: REST
Wednesday; 35 minutes of P90X Plyo and 5 mile stroller run
Thursday: 4 mile stroller ru, Barre
Friday: 1.5 walk, yoga, Barre
