Baby: To Swaddle or Not To Swaddle

One night the hubs and I were looking at baby things online. I showed him my favorite swaddling blankets on aden + anais. His perplex look explained it all. "What is swaddling?" Why these?" Well I love these blankets because they are made of muslin. Muslin is a material that is breathable and allows the baby to feel warm, but not overheat. They are also very diverse because you can use them as burp rags, stroller covers, or breast feeding covers. So here are some of my favorites:
