I'm very excited that I can still run! Lately it has only been once or twice a week, due to my new lovely job in the classroom. I need to continue with my yoga, but I am happy that I can still burn calories running. I want to continue my tradition of running on Thanksgiving and although I will be slow I am determined to run the WHOLE THING! I won't be running at my normal quick pace, but I just want to be able to run. Today I practice and was able to run 4 miles in 43 minutes. Which is GREAT!!
