Friday Letters and Flashback Friday

Friday Letters:

Dear Husband: I can't wait to spend the day with you this weekend. I missed you on your short little business trip. I'm so proud of you hard work and perseverance is encouraging. Thanks you so such for loving us two gals. We are so very lucky. I love laughing with you...its the best part of my week :)

Dear Lilly Mae: THREE MONTHS! Oh my goodness. This month has been filled with joy. You are my joy. I love you so so so much! I love your cuddles, smiles, and laughs. I love your discovering mind and sweet temperament. You are a beautiful jewel and I am treasured to be your mama.

Dear God: I am grateful and overwhelmed by your blessing. Thank you! I pray that I can be a better person and stop wanting to compare and critique myself. I should be grateful for my health. Thank you for teaching me love and kindness. I hope that I can show that to others.

Dear Body: Whew...you worked hard this week...but you won't get a break this weekend :)

Dear Readers: I love reading your comments, got a wonderful one today from a friend and am so grateful that I have someone(s) who want to hear my thoughts and ideas. Thank you!!

Dear Self: You gotta get reading more and less watching Mad Men...terrible :). I was doing so well not watching T.V. and now I found a show that I am addicted to.

Flashback Friday:
I like thinking about what was going on last year or two at this time.

Just about this time last year, I interviewed and got a job as a teacher! I will definitely missed it this year...my friends and the kiddos, the lesson planning and the adventures that came with teaching little ones. But at least this year, I am going to spend my time with Little Miss Lilly!!

I think I'm gonna visit the first day of school! I miss those kiddos so much!!

  3. Congrats on your teaching position! I'm a teacher and I don't have kids yet, but I must say, I'm envious that you can take the year off. I hope when I start a family, I can do the same. Stopping by from the link up! Glad I found your blog!
