This Weeks Fitness

I switched up my week. So I will start on Sunday. Hoping to put some workout guides on here.

Sunday: This


Monday: 5 mile walk and some abs and thighs (compliments of Tone It Up)


Tuesday: 4 mile walk
Wednesday: 1 mile run and this workout

Thursday: Slim without the gym and Sunkissed Abs

Friday: 1/2 mile run and 5 min rest x5 and 1.5 mile run
Saturday: rest
