Outdoor Workout

Here is a workout brought to you by Mommyhood and Marathons. I used this one on a morning when I didn't feel like running and I wanted to see if I could work out with Little Miss in the stroller. It worked. I grabbed a few books and some snacks and she was happy as a clam watching mommy get strong. 
I know it looks like a doosey! But it was a quick workout only talking me about 45 minutes. A great nap-time workout as well!!
