Coffee Talk

Howdy, ya'll...
It has been a busy week here at Hurley Love. Still trying to get our home into place. I've been trying to wake up a bit earlir to get back into blogging. I feel like August came and went and I regret not being more involved in the blogospere. Please forgive me..Thanks :)

I was doing #BeachWeek with Tone it Up, but Wednesday's workout kinda destroyed me. I was supposed to do stairs, but I did step ups (like stepping onto a ledge then back down). Well I did it for 4 mins and 5 intervals. That day I also walked/ran 9 miles!! Ooopsie!!
Here is the workout that I adjusted:

I also have lacked big time on responding on She Reads Truth!! I gotta get on that. I have loved and enjoyed reading Proverbs so much!!

However I have gotten to make Little Miss laugh a lot this week!! Always brings a smile to my face!

Werll I'm hoping to get out and do a mile jog today! Check my twitter to see if I did :)
