Oh my goodness, it's APRIL!!
I've been feeling pretty good. Eating pretty well after recovering from a week in Maui!!
I decided this month to walk EVERY DAY!! There is such great benefits to walking and it also helps that last hour before hubby gets home go by quickly. And I get the dog a little exercise.
Saturday: 7 mile run
Sunday: 3 mile run, 1 with my niece (training her for a 5k)
Monday: 3 mile walk
Tuesday: 10.1 mile run, 2.86 mile walk
Wednesday: arm circuit, 2.3 mile walk
Thursday: 5.5 mile run, 3.25 mile walk
Friday: (planned) resistance band workout, walk, jog with a friend
