Here is this week's exercise
Monday: 2.6 miles run
Tuesday: 2 miles run and 2. 5 mile walk
Wednesday: 2.6 mile run
Thursday: 2 mile walk
Friday 3 mile run
Saturday: 20 mins treadmill
Sunday: 25 min treadmill
