Book Review: Hungry for Change

There are good books and great books. And this was definitely a great book. More of a compilation.
The authors do a great jobbifbincluding testimony from a plethora of well known and intelligent people.
This book was written because a family member of the author was in serious health crisis.
Through diet change, he was able to reverse his condition.

Much like the documentary, Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead, this book shows you just how important your diet is.

Eating clean isn't always the easiest thing to do. It can be expensive.

But not as expensive as a heart transplant. Or being diagnosed with diabetes.

I think we love in a world that favors instant gratification and false advertising.

You may think something is good, but really the verdict is still not conclusive, think of the whole debate with artificial sweeteners versus sugar.

I've really reevaluated at my diet and really tried to eliminate the added sugar. No sugar in my tea. But you know how that goes...then I begin craving cookies.
So here's to a new beginning :)
NO SUGAR FOR ME!!

I give this book 5 out of 5 hearts.
It was a great read. I would love to watch the documentary.

Have you watched the documentary? Do you have a sweet tooth?
