Health and Fitness Week 29

Just got back from beautiful Tahoe!! Such a relaxing trip. I must say that my snacking was out if control, but within reason (if that makes sense). There was a lot of eating out, large breakfasts, and coffee!!!

But for the most part a great, relaxing vacation!!


Fitness

Saturday: 6 mile treadmill run
Sunday: 3 mile treadmill run, 4 mile walk
Monday:4 mile treadmill run, ab workout
Tuesday: 4 mile walk, blogilates' vsx ab workout
Wednesday: 4 mile treadmill run, 1 hour yoga
Thursday: 2.25 mile run on treadmill
Friday: (planned) 4.5 miles
