Week 13 fitness

Well I did it!! I finished my half marathon before Little Miss turns 1!!

This week I tried to relax a bit, but its hard for me to "take a day off". I always try to do yoga or walk.

Saturday: yoga
Sunday: Shamrockn Half Marathon
Monday: 30 min yoga, 3 mile walk
Tuesday: Tone it up Summer Slim Down
Wednesday: 2.5 mile run
Thursday: stretching, 5 mile run
Friday: (planned) walk and maybe a tone it up workout

  2. I just read your post from the half marathon and I am SO PROUD OF YOU!!!! That time is so incredible to me...I can't imagine running that fast for so long!! I was ready to die by mile 11 on my last half but you ran faster!! So impressive. YOu have a LOT of celebrating to do this weekend!!! Great job and thanks for linking up!!
